Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Have you ever thought What would the world be without chocolate pudding? Chocolate and cream, licked off a spoon, is one of the greatest desserts I know, ranked with fresh strawberry shortcake and warm chocolate chip cookies.

But pudding has become a lost art, as baking books proliferate yet pudding only shows up in Snack Packs or on restaurant dessert plates. This is a great opportunity for you as a cook, because when it comes to dessert, pudding is special, it’s unusual, and yet it’s a snap to make.

Knowing how to make pudding from scratch is like having the golden key to winning dessert.

If you have a baby and you want to make him/ her feed without any forcing, you just need to make this yummy softly delicious mouth watering chocolate pudding.

I am pretty much sure not only they but also the adults will fall in love with its taste…

Pudding’s glamour cannot be overstated. At first look it is homey and old-fashioned, but dress it up right and it is a dessert that drives everyone wild. Homemade pudding, whipped and ever so slightly warm, makes people’s eyes go wide. It is love in a bowl.

The other little pudding secret, of course, is that it’s naturally gluten-free. Like ice cream, as long as pudding is made with glutens free ingredients, it’s a welcome treat for Celiac’s and glutens intolerant folks. Come to think of it, pudding is basically ice cream for the refrigerator — rich, creamy, infinitely adaptable to your whims, a scoop to please anyone.


The process of making pudding quite is easy. Pudding is simply milk and cream, sweetened and thickened by a brief about of cooking on the stove top or in the oven.

Anyways, Now I am going to take you visit to the making this superb dessert. So here we go. We need the following ingredients to make this yummy tasty dish.

  • Any Kind of Condensed milk 1/2 cup or 100 gm ( here I use dano condensed milk)
  • Sour yogurt 400mg
  • Dark chocolate (I used cadbury dairy milk) 100mg
  • Fresh cream 1 cup (400 mg) I used Dano
  • Roasted almonds, crushed 400 mg

And the method of making this dishes like :

At first pour dahi into a muslin cloth and place an strainer to remove the whey, strain for 1/2 hour and here I want to give you a short tip that is never throw away the whey, use the whey as a base of Gravy’s or add into the making soup.

Then Melt the dark chocolate in to a pan with hot water.


Whisk the strained dahi, melted chocolate and the condensed milk all together in a large bowl.

Whip the cream soft till peaks foam. Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture.

Sprinkle the roasted almonds as the base of glass dish. Pour the chocolate mixture over this and let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After sometimes bring it out from fridge and serve it with your desire garnishing ingredients. I personally add some kind of fruits here for my babies, if u don’t like it, you can avoid it and you can use according to your choices.

It’s really awesome to taste, I can’t find any words to describe how much yummy to have this. My babies are in love with this amazing dessert.
